Junha Cha
Robotics Engineer | Dexterous Manipulation & Embodied AI Researcher
“Freedom From Work” — this is the vision that drives my research.
Hi, I’m Junha Cha, a robotics researcher with a strong interest in Dexterous Manipulation and Embodied AI. I’m focused on building “generalist robots that can work with people” in everyday environments.
I’m currently an Undergraduate Research Intern at the Robot Intelligence Lab (RILAB) at Korea University, supervised by Prof. Sungjoon Choi. Previously, I worked as an AI Software Team Intern at ROBOTIS and served as a Research Assistant at the iRASC Lab (Intelligent Robotics and Autonomous System Control) at Gachon University, supervised by Prof. Andrew Jaeyong Choi.
My goal is to gradually reduce the dangerous and physically demanding tasks that people perform, while maximizing productivity — ultimately achieving a world where robots free humans from labor.
